CHECK-IN TIME:

Option 1 for DAYTIME 10 hour stay: 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. or

Option 2 for NIGHTTIME 10 hour stay: 8:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.

STANDARD 2025 PRICING:

For simplicity, our pricing is the same for either day or night occupancy.

Unit A: 3 bedrooms with fans for up to 25 paxP7.5kP15k
Unit B: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms  for up to 30 paxP10kP20k
Unit C: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms for up to 30 paxP10kP20k
Unit D: 3 bedrooms with fans for up to 25 paxP7.5kP15k

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment of balance is required upon arrival. Cancelations are accepted 2-weeks prior to reservation date for a full refund.
Refunds are only given in person at the 3B office. No bank deposits.

Pencil booking does not guarantee reservation.

Php400 for nighttime videoke from 8:00 P.M. to 10 P.M.

Extended Check-Out Time: 

  • 3B Unit 1-4: Php 700 / hour 
  • 3B Unit A & D: Php 800 / hour 
  • 3B Unit B & C: Php 1,000 / hour

Pots and Pans rental

Php50 (with required Php200 deposit)

5 Gallon Water with Dispenser

Php100 each (with required Php200 deposit)
